Solace is a personalized period care and wellness subscription. We curate a monthly box of organic products tailored to your cycle, flow type, and wellness preferences — delivered to your door with free shipping.
Our 2-minute quiz asks 5 science-backed questions about your cycle length, flow type, product preferences, wellness interests, and delivery frequency. Based on your answers, our matching engine recommends the ideal plan and box contents. No account is needed to take the quiz.
No. You can take the quiz and see your personalized results without creating an account. You'll only need to sign up when you're ready to subscribe and place your first order.
We offer three plans: The Starter ($14/mo) covers essential products, The Flow ($25/mo) adds curated wellness items and cycle tracking, and The Solace ($45/mo) is the full premium experience with candles, teas, VIP support, and more.
No contracts, no commitments. All plans are month-to-month and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your dashboard — no phone calls required.
Products & Box
Depending on your plan, your box may include organic cotton tampons, bamboo pads, panty liners, herbal teas, dark chocolate, aromatherapy items, heat therapy patches, soy candles, skincare products, and more. Every item is certified organic and free from chlorine, fragrances, and dyes.
Yes. Before each shipment, you can swap products, add wellness extras, and adjust quantities from your subscription dashboard. You can also rate items after each delivery so our system learns your preferences over time.
100%. Every product that touches your body is certified organic cotton — no pesticides, no chlorine bleaching, no synthetic fragrances or dyes. Our wellness items are sourced from vetted partners who meet our strict ingredient standards.
Rate it in your dashboard and we'll adjust future boxes. If a product is defective or doesn't meet our quality standards, contact our support team and we'll send a replacement or issue a credit.
Yes. You can add an organic menstrual cup to any plan as an add-on. We carry multiple sizes with a helpful sizing guide in the dashboard.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, always. Every Solace plan includes free priority shipping on all deliveries. There are no hidden shipping costs, ever.
Most boxes arrive within 1–2 business days after shipping. You'll receive tracking information via email and can follow your delivery in real time from your dashboard.
Yes. You can update your shipping address anytime from your Manage Delivery page. Changes made before your box ships will apply to your next delivery.
Absolutely. Visit your Manage Delivery page to pick a new date from the next 14 days. You can also set a preferred delivery window (morning, afternoon, or evening).
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap — join our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
Yes. Every box, insert, and wrapper is 100% compostable or recyclable. We use zero plastic in our packaging, and all shipments are carbon-neutral through verified offset programs.
Subscription & Billing
You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings page — just click 'Pause Subscription' or navigate to the Danger Zone to cancel completely. No phone calls, no hoops. Your profile and preferences are saved in case you want to come back.
Yes. Pausing keeps your account active with all your preferences saved. You won't be charged while paused, and you can resume at any time from your dashboard.
Yes. From the Manage Delivery page, you can skip upcoming months individually. You won't be charged for skipped months, and your subscription stays active. You can skip up to 2 consecutive months.
You're billed on the same date each month, based on when you first subscribed. Your next billing date is always visible in your Subscription Dashboard. You'll receive an email receipt after each charge.
Yes. You can change your plan anytime from your Subscription Dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated for the current billing period), and downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.
Account & Privacy
Visit your Account Settings page to update your name, email, phone number, password, and notification preferences. Changes save instantly.
Yes. All personal data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL both in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. You can read our full privacy policy for details on data handling, retention, and your rights.
Yes. In Account Settings under the Danger Zone section, you can permanently delete your account. This removes all personal data, order history, and cycle information. This action cannot be undone.
Never. Your cycle data is used only to personalize your Solace experience and is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties. Period.
Yes. We support Google and Apple sign-in. You can connect or disconnect these from your Account Settings under Connected Accounts.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can't accept returns on opened items. However, if a product is defective, damaged, or missing, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Email our support team at hello@solace.co or use the 'Get Help' button on your order in the Order History page. We'll process refunds within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We'll ship a replacement box at no extra cost via expedited delivery.
Skipped months are not charged, so no refund is needed. If you were incorrectly charged for a month you intended to skip, contact support and we'll refund the charge promptly.
